Under the direction of Rev. Lori Fallon, First United Methodist Youth (FUMY) is open to all youth in the 7th-12th grade (ages 12-18).
Our groups meet on Sundays (Jr. High at 5 p.m., All Small Groups 5:30 – 6:15 pm, Snack supper for all FUMY 6:15 – 6:45 p.m., Sr. High at 6:45 p.m.) and Wednesdays (afterschool hang time until 5 pm, all FUMY 5:30 – 7 pm) in the youth room on the 3rd floor, East wing.
We enjoy Bible studies, mission work, monthly prayer breakfasts, district and conference events, fellowship, and opportunities to learn about God working in us, with us, and through us. We go on a week-long summer mission trip each summer and bring back more ideas for mission work in our local area.
We are here to lift each other up, and we welcome you with open arms!
Each Sunday we offer Youth Sunday School from 10 – 10:45 am . Junior High (7th & 8th Grade) Sunday School students meet on the 2nd Floor of the East Wing (Teacher: Lori Fallon). Senior High Sunday School students meet in the youth room on the 3rd floor of the East Wing (Teacher: Julie Smith).
